Having worked across the construction industry, NDIS, and labour hire sectors, she has developed a versatile and well-rounded skill set that allows her to adapt quickly and deliver results in diverse environments.

Prior to her current role, Caitlin served as an Operations Manager, following successful tenures in account management and sales. Known for her proactive approach and sharp attention to detail, she consistently delivers results and drives continuous improvement wherever she goes.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys travelling with friends, spending time with family, and keeping up with the demands of her very opinionated sausage dog.
