She has experience as a Disability Support Worker, providing person-centred support to individuals with a range of disabilities, including those living with mental health conditions. Prior to working in disability support, Faith also has experience in the childcare industry, where she developed strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to create safe, nurturing, and engaging environments for children and families.

Outside of work, Faith has a strong passion for sport, particularly football. She enjoys AFL, NRL, and Touch Football, and love the teamwork, community, and active lifestyle that sport brings.
