Geraldine grew up in the north-west of France and arrived in Australia in 2000 seeking new adventures — she loved it so much she decided to make it her permanent home.
Geraldine brings over 15 years of experience in the aged care industry, with expertise spanning management, recruitment, rostering, accounts, payroll and billing. She has also accumulated many years of experience in the hospitality and health industries, giving her a broad and well-rounded professional background.

With comprehensive knowledge of award interpretation and payroll processes, Geraldine is a detail-oriented professional who delivers results. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Diploma in Hospitality.

A self-motivated and dynamic individual, Geraldine is committed to achieving outcomes for the organisations she represents. She is loyal, trustworthy, and reliable, and firmly believes in the power of people to create better, more efficient workplaces through collaboration and teamwork.

Outside of work, Geraldine enjoys long walks with her dog, spending quality time with her children, husband, and friends, and indulging her love of good food, cheese, and wine. She also loves travelling back to France whenever she gets the chance!
