Lee brings a diverse range of skills from her vast experience including project management, event planning, customer care, to being a support worker in the Aged Care sector. Lee is empathetic to the needs of both support worker and clients after requiring assistance herself due to an injury over two years ago.

 Lee loves the challenge of creating a safe space in which people feel heard and valued even if their original request is not the final outcome. In her down time, you can find Lee spending time with her two pampered pooches, catching up with family and friends, or indulging in her love of Lego building.
