Lucy is Brisbane born and bred and even grew up in the Milton area! Her career began with hands-on experience in aged care, working as an AIN and cook in a small rural town in New Zealand during her gap year. Following this experience, Lucy found her passion for recruitment and has continued to build her career in the industry ever since.

With her bubbly personality and genuine love for connecting with people, Lucy thrives on having a good chat and, most importantly, helping others. It was this passion for people and making a difference that naturally led her into recruitment. Lucy brings energy, positivity and a collaborative spirit to the team, making her a valued and enthusiastic addition.

Outside of work, Lucy loves entertaining and hosting friends and family, and has recently discovered a new passion for BBQ cooking. She also loves to travel, with her next adventure taking her to Japan for a skiing trip. Not one to sit still for long, Lucy is already planning her next European expedition for next year!
