Niña Rica Therese Judilla or as people call her “Nikki” is a psychology major graduate. With her degree, it has moulded her to be equipped with the skills needed to be a successful Human Resources personnel. Her previous experiences specialise with recruitment based activities. 

Her joyful attitude towards people makes her ideal to work in human resources. She is young, goal-oriented, well-motivated, eager, and most all trustworthy person.

Her work can be very objective - she can look into people disregarding her personal bias and judgement, by that, she means business.
