With a fervent love for animals and nature, Shruti is highly driven to be a difference maker in service to healthcare. She holds a degree in Biotechnology and Animal Sciences and has made great friends and colleagues during her career over the past three years. By working with various teams and engaging with customers directly she has always thrived as she has always been good with empathy and teamwork at getting the job done.

Shruti is also very organised, hates missing deadlines and simply cannot leave unfinished work due to her OCD which has helped her gain a good reputation among her peers.
Being a cat mom, she is extremely protective and can be as loving when needed and as ferocious when the situation demands her to be. She loves to work in her garden, spend time with her fur babies and explore her creative side in painting and arts.
