Taylah, originally from Coffs Harbour NSW, studied a Bachelor of Zoology in Armidale before deciding to move to Brisbane to find new work. However, with a background in customer service, Taylah is finding that her passion for customer care has led her towards living in Brisbane's vibrant city life. By loving to explore new places and trying new foods, this has led her through various job experiences and connections with diverse people. She is realising that her joy in meeting and caring about others has made her decide to stay in southern QLD, where she hopes to explore new opportunities and learn from various people.

Taylah is passionate about making people's lives easier and happier, whilst aiming to try and add a smile to their day. She is known for her easy-going nature and positive attitude both at home and at work; and while her dedication is to bring in smiles, she will consistently try to improve her skills to complete goals and achievements set by her own standards.

Outside of work, Taylah's hobbies reflect her dynamic interests. She finds joy in experimenting with cooking, constantly seeking new recipes and taste-testing a lot of foods. As a self-professed gaming enthusiast, she can also be entertained by the immersive experiences offered by consoles- she is always looking for a challenge or having that time to be creative. Nevertheless, Taylah also embraces outdoor adventures by eagerly seizing opportunities to camp, hike scenic routes, and trying to spend as much time as she can with her family down in NSW. All these activities not only satisfy her adventurous spirit but also recharge her positivity and ready herself to get back into a normal routine.
