Your Role as a Registered Nurse

• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments in line with care plans and regulations
• Monitor residents' health, respond to changes, and escalate when required
• Lead and mentor support staff to ensure best practice in care delivery
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility standards

What You'll Need

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 12 months experience as an RN in Residential Aged Care facilities
• Excellent clinical and time management skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Valid Working Rights in Australia
• Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations
