Position Overview:

We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurses to join our team in providing exceptional care to our elderly residents in residential aged care facilities across Adelaide. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our residents while upholding the highest standards of care.



Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering holistic nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans and best practices.
• Administer medications and treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to the clinical team and relevant stakeholders.
• Provide personal care and support to residents with activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled Nurse) qualification with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Travel Allowance: We are offering an allowance of $30 for those traveling long distances.
