We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager who is ready to take their next step in their career. You'll be joining a leading not for profit Aged Care provider who is well established and proud of their commitment to the community. This business-critical position will be responsible for supporting, coordinating and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team including registered staff and carers and other members of the healthcare team.



Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Facility Manager to oversee Continuous Improvement, OHS, and Training programs, ensuring care standards are met.
• Work with medical and allied health professionals to support positive care outcomes.
• Provide recommendations and coordinate referrals to specialists following clinical assessments.
• Monitor AN-ACC reviews and ensure accurate documentation to optimize consumer care funding.

• Current unrestricted RN AHPRA registration
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
• 2+ years of senior clinical nursing experience within Residential Aged Care
• Confidence and driven to nurture team development and supportive culture
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, Code of Conduct and Charter of Resident Rights
• Exercise initiative relating to organisational policies and procedures
• Satisfactory national police check
• Valid Australian working rights
