We are currently looking for dedicated and committed Personal Care Workers and/or Assistants in Nursing to work with aged care facilities in Albury, Corowa, Wodonga, and Wangaratta.

What is the opportunity?

As a Personal Care Worker (PCW) & Assistant in Nursing (AIN), you will make a positive impact on the lives of the Participants with your compassionate and supportive approach by:

• Creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience
• Providing personal care assistance with daily living
• Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
• Building relationships with our residents and visitors
• Displaying exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
• Maintaining accurate health care documentation as required
• A team player who enjoys having FUN at work

What is waiting for you:

• We offer a rate above awards with a base pay rate level of $38.43 to $88.39 per hour excluding superannuation.
• Flexible working hours. You can choose to work shifts that suit your availability.

*Starting pay level will depend on length of aged care experience

What we need from you:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Current Police Check or NDIS Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• COVID-19 vaccinations with Booster
• Current Flu Shot
• Preferrably with prior work experience at aged care facilities
• Available for 3 shifts weekdays, any shift (AM, PM, & NS)
