Conexson is excited to be partnering with Carinity with the recruitment of experienced Registered Nurses for their Kepnock Grove residential aged care community in beautiful Bundaberg.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse with Carinity, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care that supports the physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing of residents. You'll lead and support a dedicated care team, ensuring excellence in clinical standards, documentation, and outcomes - all while helping residents feel truly at home.

Key Responsibilities:

Offering a minimum of 76 hours per fortnight across a Monday to Sunday roster (AM/PM/ND), you'll be responsible for:

• Deliver holistic resident care through assessment, care planning, and evaluation
• Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses and Personal Carers
• Liaise with health professionals, residents, and families
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold AN-ACC requirements
• Champion infection control, safety, and quality standards

What You'll Bring

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 1 year's Aged Care experience with strong clinical and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation abilities
• Compassion, empathy, and commitment to quality care
• Current NDIS Worker Screening
