Your main duties as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care:

• Delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents
  
• Administering medications and treatments in line with care plans and regulations
  
• Monitoring residents' health, assessing changes, and responding promptly
  
• Supporting residents with daily living activities and promoting independence
  
• Liaising with doctors, allied health professionals, and families
  
• Maintaining accurate documentation and care records in compliance with AHPRA and facility standards
  
• Leading and mentoring care staff to ensure best practice in aged care delivery

What you will need to join the team:

• Valid Working Rights in Australia
  
• A valid AHPRA Registration
  
• Current Flu Vaccination
  
• COVID-19 Vaccinations
