Your Key Responsibilities

* Partner with the Residential Manager to deliver high-quality clinical governance

* Oversee Continuous Improvement, OHS compliance, and staff training

* Collaborate with GPs, specialists and allied health teams to optimise resident outcomes

* Drive clinical assessments, AN-ACC reviews and accurate documentation

* Mentor and support your team to deliver person-centered care every day

What We're Looking For

* Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification

* 2+ years' senior clinical experience in Residential Aged Care

* Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, Code of Conduct & Residents' Rights

* Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills

* National Police Check and full Australian working rights
